Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour is unable to sell his £10 million seafront mansion because of an administrative error which means he is not actually the owner.
The singer-songwriter and Polly Samson, his wife, bought the former 19th-century ladies’ bath house in Hove in 2011. The derelict Medina House was demolished and a luxury mansion was built on the site.
The sale of the property has been put on hold as it transpired it belongs to the Crown.
