Fortnite servers have been taken offline for the release of the final update of the current season, which is available on the morning of November 21.

Fortnite update 32.11 is available download now on PS5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Android.

While you can download and install the update now, you won’t be able to check out the new content until server maintenance comes to an end.

As usual, Fortnite is offline from 9am GMT UK time, while matchmaking is disabled shortly beforehand. This means you’ll need to join a game before 8.30am if you want to play one last game before maintenance.

The news was announced by Epic Games on X (formerly Twitter), alongside a revised schedule for this week’s tournaments.

“Downtime for v32.11 begins at 4 AM ET with matchmaking ending shortly beforehand,” reads an Epic Games tweet.

For UK fans, this means that Fortnite will be taken offline in full at 9am GMT, while matchmaking will be disabled at 8.30am UK time.

Epic hasn’t revealed exactly when downtime will come to an end, but maintenance typically lasts for 2-3 hours.

This means Fortnite and all companion game modes should be back online from 11am GMT UK time, although last week’s downtime ran until past midday.

This was followed by confirmation of new dates for some of this week’s tournaments: “We’ve made the following tournament schedule changes: Tomorrow’s OCE and ASIA Solo Ranked Cups will take place on Saturday, November 23.

“Tomorrow’s OCE and ASIA Trios Cash Cup R2 will take place on Sunday, November 24.”

The new update adds files for things end of season content like the Juice WRLD outfit and items.

As a reminder, Chapter 2 Remix will conclude with a special end of season event involving Juice WRLD.

According to Epic Games, the Remix: The Finale live event takes place at 7pm GMT UK time on November 30. The next season will launch shortly after.

The new update also brings the new Kicks cosmetic to the game following some last-minute issues discovered by Epic Games.

It all begins with the ability to equip the iconic Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG ‘Black Toe Reimagined’ shoes, which are available in the Remix pass.

New Kicks will also be featured in their own section in the Shop, including the Nike Shox R4 ‘Comet Red’ and Nike Cortez Leather OG. That’s on top of Epic’s Chomp Stompers.
